WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR REFERRING US:

If you recommend a friend or acquaintance to us please ask them to mention your name.

Once they buy a system from us we would like to return the courtesy and thank you by paying for your next quarter of monitoring, but we cannot do that if we do not know that you referred them.

If you are not comfortable with asking them to mention your name – feel free to call our main office and advise us that you have referred “So and so” and hope they will be calling.

We will ask for both your name and theirs but you need not give theirs. We will not contact them but instead will wait for them to call us. We have no high pressure sales people here and only wish to speak to potential customers if they call us.

From time to time we are simultaneously referred to a new customer by more than one of our existing clients. If this should happen we will split the referral gratuity between those existing clients.

LARGE JOB COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL REFERRALS:

Again if we know you recommended us and a large commercial or institutional job is sold, we would love to compensate you with an appropriate “finder’s fee” but we must know you mentioned us.
